Field Staff Coordinators will utilize Light errands shopper database of 3,000+ independent contractors and source, assign and educate these evaluators, while finding creative recruitment strategies to populate our database in remote areas. The main objectives of the Field Staff Coordinators is to complete 100% of shops on time by the client due date, minimize shopper bonuses by effective and creative recruiting, and effectively communicate with shoppers to ensure shops are done correctly, on time, and within Light Errands expectation and processes.
